These terms apply when you use Receipt Admin at receiptadmin.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them together with our privacy policy.
The service
Receipt Admin lets you record sales, create receipts as PDFs and keep a record of your sales. The service is free. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you before they apply to you.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where you live.
- The details you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account.
- Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
Your receipts and information
You keep any rights you have in the receipts and information you submit. You allow us to store and process this information only as needed to provide the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your receipts, including prices, tax rates and buyer details, and for following the tax and business laws that apply to you. Receipt Admin is a record keeping tool. It does not give tax, accounting or legal advice.
When you add a buyer's details, you confirm that you have the right to share them with us.

You agree not to
- create false or misleading receipts, or use the service for fraud
- record sales of illegal goods or services

- disrupt, overload or attack the service, or collect data from it automatically
Availability
We work to keep Receipt Admin running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of important receipts by downloading their PDFs.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Receipt Admin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or tax penalties, that result from using the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 50 US dollars.
Ending your use
You can stop using Receipt Admin and delete your account from your profile at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you when we reasonably can.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live.
